Jeff Moore Appointed Vice President, Marketing & Sales and Director of Ross Video Limited

IROQUOIS, ONTARIO - June 13, 2002. John Ross, President and David Ross, Executive Vice President are pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Moore to the position of Vice President of Marketing & Sales and to the Board of Directors of Ross Video Limited.

Since his start with Ross Video in 1997, the company has successfully launched over 100 new products and developed a worldwide sales structure. Mr. Moore's marketing efforts have resulted in a consistent sales growth exceeding 30% per year.

Under Mr. Moore's leadership, Ross Video has experienced improved customer relations, a broadened market scope and increased market awareness.
